S&P Global Sustainable1, the single source of essential sustainability intelligence, is seeking a technical client support professional to join our Corporate Engagement team. The role provides an opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in the field of corporate sustainability
Responsibilities:
- Providing the highest level of functionality and basic technical product support to CSA Participants researching/analyzing appropriately and using all available resources.
- Answering in bound emails, chats from internal and external clients related to general or technical questions about the CSA portal and process.
- Effective Workflow Management including:
Basic Qualifications:
Your qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or student
- 2 years of work experience
- Bilingual written and spoken English
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Salesforce and other IT tools, preferred SQL
- Strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, multi-tasking
Your soft skills:
- Interest in corporate sustainability
- Customer-focused and strong interpersonal skills
- Constructive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work independently yet towards team goals
- Reliable and able to go the extra mile when required
