Your contribution:

• Perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up improvement opportunities.
• Understand client’s business processes, existing IT landscape and propose relevant transformative solutions.
• Pro-actively interact with clients and IQVIA operations stakeholders. Obtain buy-in on the proposed solutions. Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements (functional as well as non-functional).
• Liaison with development teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT and realize proposed/estimated benefits.
• Assist Engineers and Architects with required information and documentation
• Convert each solution implementation into a high impact case study and reference able client testimonial. Provide inputs to COE teams for periodic reports and MIS, Governance Reporting for respective business area.
• Monitor and guide Junior BAs and assist Senior BAs in preparing various documentations

What we want you to bring:

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology [BS(CS/IT)/ B. Tech (CS/IT)/MS(CS/IT).
• Years of Experience: 0-1 Years (Student Freshers).
• Languages: Advanced English level (written and spoken). Spanish or Portuguese is desirable.
• Software engineering, software development life cycle knowledge
• Documentation skills (BRD, TDD and PDD).

Soft skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good attitude and open to adopt change
• Extrovertive personality and fast learner.

Optional Skillsets:

      • Preferred Knowledge in Agile implementation

Physical requirements:

• Vast use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
• Considerable use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
• Occasional travel (10% to 15% of travel availability will be required).
