Job Role Summary

We are looking for IT professionals and Tax professionals with IT background and an innovation mindset for one of the 3 Americas Tax division called TOPS (TRAC Operations and Processing Services). The TOPS division is the liaison between tax compliance and EMIT (ExxonMobil Information Technology) and we provide IT support for the applications that are used within Americas Tax in Buenos Aires, the TRAC (Tax Reporting and Analysis Center) organization in Houston and also Canada Tax.  Employees in TOPS are constantly looking for opportunities to improve tax processes and maximize the use of technology within Tax.

Job Role Responsibilities

•  Provide IT support to TRAC applications and processes, (SAP, SharePoint, CORPTAX, PTMS, etc.) with the understanding that IT department may support the core application

•  Develop solutions to automate/improve Tax processes using IT tools such as Nintex, Visual Basic, Alteryx, Tableau, Scripting, etc. 

•  Handle access requests and access reviews for TAX

•  Act as liaison between IT department and TAX for application issues
 

Expected Level of Proficiency

·         Bachelor Degree in: Engineering, Information Systems, Administration & Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or similar 

·         Advance English level 

·         Ability to communicate clearly and assertively  

·         Ability to effectively work across multiple organizations within BA GBC, TRAC Houston and EMIT  

·         IT Technical knowledge  – willingness to explore and understand new technologies to be applied in TAX

·         Attention to details, proactiveness and Teamwork

·         Non prior work experience is required
