Job Description
- Review & reply to credit team on customers that need increase. Email sent by credit weekly.
- Sending update forms to customer and back to WEX
- Sending update forms to customer and back to WEX
- prepping new standard agreement, following process/paperwork, etc.
- Complete analysis of Esso cardlock pricing vs unsolicated competitor pricing
- Using volume tools identify oppurtunites to move discount levels up or down
- Contacting customer and confirm resolution with WEX
- Coordinate customer proof of payment and card re-activation
- Inform customers of rebate volume, value and invoice details
- Create required documentation for VOA as needed
- Account setup, etc
- Change payment days due or cycle
- RCP file updated, feed RCP pricing to WEX and ensure autofeed is working (if not repair), new site RCP build ups and flash setup, keep tatics with pricing team
- Volume by Site, Volume/Margin by Site/Customer
- Developing & updating volume tools (ex. Power BI)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences
- Analytical skills (Excel)
- Organizational / time management skills
- English Language skills
- 2-3 years of prior experience in analytical or administrative support role
- Numerate, analytical and comfortable with file management, excel and managing data sets. Will be engaged primarily with internal contacts so spoken and written English skills important.
