Ensuring compliance of the forecast accuracy metrics, working cross-functionaly with other business areas. Achieve adequate monitoring of the business performance for all TAs (Therapeutic areas) and countries, through the creation of periodic reports for the top management.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Futurecast Ownership, overseeing to improve Forecast accuracy, Power User and trainer.
• Business tracking and “owner” of an initiative to integrate different databases to continuously improve data accessibility and visualization. 
• Provide relevant insights across TAs and countries and identify risk and opportunities.
• Partner AIF (Analytics, Insights & Forecasting) Specialists in the elaboration of forecasting models and business cases (such as portfolio optimization initiatives), among others. 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (exclusive) and in a regional role (desirable).  
• Willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Strong team player.
• Good communication skills. 
• Advanced English.
