We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join our team.  

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Advising and controlling the AES Salesforces and other software applications Services Delivery team to ensure delivery of high quality and cost effective services. Provide subject matter expertise in business processes and Salesforces functionality associated with the process under his responsibility; best practice focused.
  • Support the solution of complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on: Expert knowledge of Salesforce applications functionality &  technology and Organization's business processes.
  • Partner with Business and IT Service teams to identify, prioritize, develop and implement technology and collaboration solutions.
  • Work to ensure Salesforce global template alignment and present recommendations for enhancing current businesses processes and opportunities through enhanced use of Salesforce and/or other business systems and information technology.
  • Partner with SBU IT technology teams to leverage platforms / knowledge and ensure repeatable solutions. Provide subject matter expertise in processes related to Salesforce modules, functionality and configuration.
  • Take a leadership role in the development of a detailed “future state” Salesforce business process transformation and global Salesforce redesign strategy, participating and/or leading efforts to develop the global functional design, configuration, implementation template for Salesforce related modules.
  • Ensure all processes, procedures and policies related to Salesforce Service Delivery are documented and maintained, validating and approving Global Requests For Change (RFCs).
  • Managing client service SLA's specific to the function, ensuring that service levels and KPI’s are consistently met and that use of resources is optimized. Implementing and managing changes which result in inprovements to provide service in timely manner.
  • Analyzing, reporting on, and providing recommendations on all aspects of the team's performance and training, including key metrics, staffing levels, capacity and capability, and budgeting. Ensuring consistency with AES's global strategy.
  • Handling complaints and developmental feedback professionally and to the satisfaction of Internal Clients, ensuring quick, equitable and courteous resolution. Handling positive feedback appropriately, promoting communication and business synergy among relevant stakeholders (Regional key users and Global/Corp leadership).
  • Implement best practice procedures for the on-going management of technology services.
  • Developing and leveraging of partnerships (and relationships) with internal and external Customers and Suppliers to meet business needs.
  • Ability to liaise with process owners professionals in the Business units covering complex technical issues concerning those processes, also Business Process Owner Point of Contact and Point of Escalation.
  • Provide Salesforce quality assurance when needed as design and implement Salesforce control matrix framework to ensure process has all necessary automated and manual controls.
  • Ability to work at strategic and tactical / operational levels, managing all aspects of Salesforce Project Management and delivery focused. Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent domain of interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
  • Effectively interacts with all levels of management and employees, establishing trust and credibility and build relationships and handling confidential information appropriately.

 


Qualifications:

  • Degree in related areas.Post-Graduation and Certifications will be considered a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce platform.
  • Ability to work at strategic and tactical / operational levels.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of Salesforce Project Management and delivery focused.
  • Advanced / Fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal)
